After the Batman DX oil leaking suit HOT TOYS does it again !
This time it's the Hot Toys The Comedian MMS 115 1/6 scale figure !
Symptoms : the upper back part of the suit leaks oil and melts.
This oil comes as a result of the rubber suit not curing long enough and breaking down.
The problem hits boxed and exposed figures alike.
If you have not yet the problem, it's just a matter of time.
My suit is fine, only a small ammount of oil to be seen. For now.
The figure has been released a year ago and people just start to notice the problem.

What the Batman DX Oil-gate teached us is that at first HOT TOYS will likely deny the problem or say that the Comedian figure is too old and they have no replacement parts.
This is the answer they will give to isolated actions.
Only massive complains to HOT TOYS customer service will make them move.
The point of this blog is to make the problem known, many collectors are not aware of the problem.
Spread the word on every websites, blogs, forums.
Inform your fellow collectors. Point them towards this blog.
